To download your logo files, follow these simple steps:
Go to My Account > Logos.
Click the "Access Files" button.
From there, you can choose to download a specific version (Full Logo, Icon Only, Text Only, or Greyscale) or format of your logo, or simply click "Download All Files" to get everything at once.
What file formats can I download when I purchase a Logo?
Your logo is available in several file formats, each with a specific purpose.
PNG (Raster): This file has a transparent background, making it perfect for your website and social media profiles.
JPG (Raster): A high-resolution file ideal for digital use on websites and social media.
EPS (Vector): This file can be edited and resized using image-editing software. It's ideal for high-quality printing.
SVG (Vector): This format can be edited, resized, and supports interactive elements and animations.
PDF (Vector): This file is great for printing and can be easily viewed in any image viewer.
The PDF, SVG, and EPS files are all vector formats of your logo. This means they can be scaled to virtually unlimited sizes without any loss of quality.
How do I download other designs I create with my logo?
To download your other design files, follow these steps:
Go to My Account > All Designs.
Click the three-dot menu (...) next to the design you want.
Select "Download" and choose your preferred file format.
How can I download my logo with a transparent background?
On the Logo Download page, you can select the "Transparent Background" option. This will allow you to download your logo in all the file formats that support transparency: PNG, SVG, EPS, and PDF.
Can I make the size of my logo bigger?
Yes, the PDF, SVG, and EPS files are all vector copies of your logo. This means they can be scaled to virtually unlimited sizes without any loss of quality. If you need a specific file format or a custom size, please contact our Customer Support team. We'd be happy to help.
Will I also be able to download the font files for my logo?
The font files for your logo are not available for download, as they are exclusive to our platform. To make any font changes or edits, you must do so directly within your Design.com account.
Can I also download my animated logo?
When you add animation to your logo, the download page will include video files in both MP4 and GIF formats.
How can I download my design for printing purposes?
Your Downloads section includes various file formats. For printing purposes, we recommend using the PDF and EPS formats.
How can I download the logo without watermarks?
To download a logo without watermarks, you must first purchase the appropriate license for it.
Why does my logo look blurry?
If your downloaded logo file appears blurry or pixelated, it's likely because you've enlarged a raster format like a JPG or PNG. For best results when resizing, always use the vector formats available: SVG, EPS, and PDF. These files can be scaled to any size without losing quality.
Can I edit my logo after downloading it?
Yes. As long as your subscription is active, you can return to Design.com to make unlimited edits and create new variations of your logo.
As you create new variations of your logo, each new variation is saved separately - meaning you can create different variations of your logo for different purposes - such as seasonal versions.
Note that a subscription on Design.com only allows you to edit and create variations of one logo. It also gives you access to a suite of 50+ design tools including Design.com’s website builder. However, if you would like to download and edit a different logo from the library, you will need an additional subscription.
