You can add an image to your designs using the Design Editor, which is included with your subscription.
Log in to your account and go to My Account > All Designs.
Select the design you would like to edit.
In the Design Editor, select the "Images" option on the left-hand side.
You will then be presented with the option to add an image from our library of photos or upload your own. Please note: You cannot add images to logos, only to other types of designs.
How can I use my letterhead in Microsoft Word?
To insert a letterhead design you've created and downloaded from our design tools into a document, follow these steps:
Double-click the header area of your document. This will make the header and footer visible.
Go to Insert > Picture and select your letterhead design image (JPG format is recommended).
Set the image to "Send to Back" or change the wrapping style to "Behind Text".
Resize the image to fit the document and then save.
How can I create a design with specific dimensions?
To create a design with specific dimensions, you can use our Custom Dimension tool.
Go to My Account > Create New Design.
Select the "Custom" option from the menu.
Set the width and height of your design in pixels to start with a blank canvas.
How can I resize the size of my artwork area or canvas?
Our design tool doesn't currently support resizing an existing design canvas.
Workaround: Recreating Your Design
You can use our Custom Dimension tool to create a new canvas and recreate your design.
Go to My Account > Create New Design.
Select the "Custom" option.
Set the desired width and height in pixels to start with a blank canvas.
How can I upload a font to the Design Editor?
Our Design Editor does not currently support uploading external fonts. We have a number of unique fonts available in our library that we encourage you to explore. If there is a particular font style you're looking for that isn't available, please share your feedback with our team. Our font designers will look into adding it.
How can I add a QR code to my design?
The QR code option is available in most of our design editors. To add one to your design, open the "QR Code" option and follow these steps:
Select the content type you want to associate the QR code with (e.g., URL, email, or phone number).
Add the information you want the QR code to direct to (e.g., your website's URL).
Choose the logo icon style and the QR code style.
Click the "Generate QR Code" button, and it will be instantly added to your design.
How can I change the logo version on a design?
To change the logo version on a design, simply click on the logo. If other versions have been created, you will see a "Logo Versions" option. Click on this to view the different versions, and then click on the one you prefer to automatically swap it in.
How can I replace the background image in my design?
To replace the background image in your design, you must first delete the current one.
In the Design Editor, select the image you want to replace.
Click the "Delete" option or press the Delete key on your keyboard.
On the left-hand side, select the "Images" option.
You can then choose an image from our library or upload your own to replace the background. Please note: You are not able to add images to logos, only to other types of designs.
I can't seem to select an element in my design.
If you're having trouble selecting an element (for example, clicking on it selects a different element instead), it likely means that the element you want to select is in a layer behind another one. To fix this, simply select the unwanted element and use the "Layer" option to "Send to back". This will move it behind the element you want to select, allowing you to edit it.
